Shipping, delivery, or car transport arrangements are between the buyer and seller, or through a third-party transport company chosen by the buyer.

2. Delivery Options
Depending on the seller and location, the following delivery options may be available:
Buyer Pickup: Buyer picks the vehicle from the seller’s location.
Local Delivery: Seller may offer delivery within Kenya (charges may apply).
Third-Party Transport: Buyer may hire a professional car carrier or towing service.
All delivery costs must be agreed upon before any transport begins.

3. Inspection Before Delivery
Buyers are encouraged to:
Inspect the vehicle in person before making final payments
Confirm documents, condition, mileage, and chassis number
Ensure all agreements are clear before arranging transport

6. Risk & Responsibility
Once a vehicle is handed over to the transport provider:
Risk passes to the buyer
Any damage during delivery must be addressed with the transport company
Kenya Vehicles is not liable for loss, delays, damages, or delivery disputes
We advise buyers to use insured, licensed transport companies.

7. International Buyers / Diaspora
For users purchasing from abroad:
Kenya Vehicles does not handle international shipping
Buyers may use their own clearing and forwarding agents
All import taxes, duties, and compliance costs (NTSA, KRA, customs) are the buyer’s responsibility
We can offer guidance, but we do not manage the shipping process.
