Return & Refund Policy (Google-Compliant)

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery or vehicle handover. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The vehicle must be in the same condition as received

Must not have additional damage

All documents (logbook, purchase documents, receipts) must be intact

Inspection will be carried out before approval

Return Shipping / Transport

The buyer is responsible for return transport costs, unless the return is due to an error on our side (e.g., wrong vehicle delivered).

We can help arrange transport at the buyer’s request.


Refunds
Once the vehicle is inspected and approved for return, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
